Seared Scallops with Herbed Mayonnaise DrizzlePrint Recipe

1. Blend sauce ingredients and add more lemon juice until thinned to desired consistency.
2. Lightly salt and pepper scallops after rinsing and patting dry.
3. Sear scallops in pan with oil on both sides.
4. Serve in puddle of herbed mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with additional chopped parsley.
