Roasted Corn Salad

1. Mix mayonnaise, cumin and lime juice together in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
2. Cover and refrigerate until use.
1. Combine corn, cilantro, parsley and onion in a large bowl.
2. Add dressing, stir to blend.
3. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
