1. Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise with mixer until smooth.
2. Stir in fruit and marshmallows until evenly distributed.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Place in a rectangular glass baking dish.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
6. Cut into squares and serve.
Variations: 1 cup of either canned, sliced apricots or drained peaches may be added.
