Mayonnaise ChickenPrint Recipe

1. Preheat over to 350°F.
2. Salt and pepper each side of chicken, then spread Duke’s Mayonnaise over both sides of chicken breast (don’t be stingy).
3. Place chicken breast on aluminium foil lined jelly roll pan.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Mayonnaise will be a golden brown and chicken will be tender and juicy.
