Lemon Feta Pasta Salad

1. Bring 2 quarts of heavily salted water to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes or according to package directions. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water until cool. Drain well.
2. Whisk the Duke’s Mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the pasta, onion, roasted red peppers, cucumber, and feta cheese, and toss until evenly combined. Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with more dill and feta cheese before serving.
