Lemon Bundt Cake


  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • Lemon Glaze
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp. lemon juice


Preheat oven to 350°F. Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cook cake completely in the pan, at least 1 hour. Invert the cake on a plate. Top with lemon glaze. For the lemon glaze, whisk the powdered sugar with 3 Tbsp. of the lemon juice. If necessary, add the remaining Tbsp. of lemon juice so that the glaze reaches a pourable consistency. Pour over cooled cake.
