Kidney Bean Salad

  • 1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste and chill until ready to serve.

Can serve as is or over a bead of lettuce.
