Kale-Apple Salad

  • 1 (5 oz.) bag baby kale
  • 1 large apple, cored and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1½ cups shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup shelled, salted sunflower seeds


1. In a large bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.

2. Add kale, apple, carrot and raisins, toss to combine.

3. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over salad just prior to serving.
