Jason Alley’s Quick Tomato Salad

  • 3 lbs. tomatoes, preferably a mix of shapes and sizes
  • ¾ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 7 or 8 basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Slice the tomatoes into various shapes and sizes. Gently combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve immediately.
