Ham Salad Biscuits


  • 2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped, sweet onion
  • ¾ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard


Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve on biscuits.

Nothing makes us happier than leftover ham and cheese on a toasted roll with Duke’s slathered on each side. Sure, it’s pretty simple, but once you taste it you’ll start loving your leftovers just as much as we do.  We love a spiral ham dinner as much as anyone, but they aren’t kidding when they tell you the simple things in life are the best things – and they’re worth sharing.
