G’s Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked & chopped white chicken
  • 4 oz. Feta cheese
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 to 4 cups broccoli slaw
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 small can black olives
  • 2 cups Duke's Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Fold all ingredients together until mixed well.

2. Store in refrigerator overnight, or at least 3 or 4 hours, in order for flavor to set.

3. Serve on a bed of lettuce or with pita chips.
