1. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
2. Assemble the sandwich with the bread, cheese, tomato, and basil leaves, if desired.
3. Spread the outside of the bread slices with Duke’s and place in the hot pan.
4. Cook sandwich on both sides for 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden-brown.
