Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. ground chile pepper
  • ½ tsp. granulated onion
  • ½ tsp. granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • Pinch of ground red pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 3.8 oz. can sliced black olives

Preparation

1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings; set aside.

2. Spread beans in a 8×8" dish or pie pan.

3. Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture over beans, then sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.

4. Chill until ready to serve.
