Duke’s Tomato Pie

1. Slice tomatoes and sprinkle with salt.
2. Place tomatoes on paper towels to drain for 10 minutes.
3. Bake pie crust at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
4. Place onion slices in crust and then tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with pepper.
5. Combine Duke’s, Parmesan and garlic and spread over tomatoes.
6. Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
7. Garnish with basil and oregano.
