Duke's Rollups


  • 1 tortilla - flour, tomato, or spinach
  • 3 thin slices of turkey, ham, or salami
  • 2 slices of cheese - cheddar or Swiss
  • Duke's Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices


1. Layer the meat and cheese on the tortilla.

2. Spread with the desired amount of Duke’s and top with lettuce and tomato.

3. Roll the tortilla and cut on the bias.
