Duke’s Chocolate Peanut Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 18 oz. box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except peanut butter chips, and mix well.

3. Fold in peanut butter chips.

4. Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.

5. Bake for 10 minutes.

6. Cool on cookie sheet for one minute and transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. Store tightly covered.
