Chicken Strips

  • 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. granulated onion
  • 2 tsp. ground yellow mustard
  • ¼ tsp. sweet paprika
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 cups buttery crackers, crushed
  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Dipping Sauce


1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Combine mayonnaise and spices in a medium bowl.

3. Place crushed crackers in another bowl.

4. Dip each chicken strip into mayonnaise mixture and then into crushed crackers.

5. Place coated chicken onto lightly greased baking sheet or dish.

6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done.

7. Combine dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
