Curried Rice SaladPrint Recipe
- 10 minutes (active) plus 3-12 hours (chilling) Prep | 20 minutes Cooking
1. Measure 1 cup of uncooked rice.
2. Cook rice and let cool.
3. Combine mayo, celery, chutney, green onions and curry powder. Toss with peas and rice.
4. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Can be served directly from the refrigerator or at room temperature.
