Crab Cakes with Aioli

Crab Cakes

Aioli

  • ½ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Splash of hot sauce

Preparation

Mix aioli ingredients together and set aside. Mix crabcake ingredients together into 4 cakes. Melt a pat of butter in pan and saute cakes until browned on both sides. Serve with aioli and lemon wedges.
