Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Duke’s Light Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. dry yellow mustard
  • 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Preparation

1. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and mustard together in a large bowl.

2. Add carrot, raisins, and pineapple. Toss to combine.

3. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
