Butterbean Hummus with Pita Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 (15-oz.) cans butter beans, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients except water in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth; then slowly add the water until the desired consistency is reached.

2. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
