BLT Salad

  • 1 cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 (9 oz.) bags romaine lettuce, pre-washed and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Whisk together mayonnaise and water in a large bowl.

2. Add lettuce, gently stirring to coat.

3. Add bacon and tomato; toss until all ingredients are combined.

4. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.
