Ingredients

  • ½ cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. coarse black pepper
  • 6 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dried blueberries, cranberries or other berries as desired

Preparation

1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.

2. Add remaining ingredients, tossing well to coat.

3. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
