Avocado Dip with Tarragon

1. Combine the mashed avocado with the lemon juice.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
3. Serve with tortilla chips, raw vegetables, or sliced sourdough.
4. Garnish with diced onion and cilantro if desired.
