Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked squash, drained
  • ½ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • ½ can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped, optional
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • ½ stock margarine, melted

Cook squash and onion until done, drain well and mash. Combine with mayonnaise, eggs, cheese and soup. Pour into Pam sprayed 9x9 inch baking dish. Layer top with dressing mix and pour margarine across top. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
