Baked Vidalia Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • ½ cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped Vidalia onion
  • 1 tsp. Sauer's Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup green olives, pimento stuffed
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a single layer in a greased 8x8 baking dish. Mix mayonnaise, onion, basil leaves and olives and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
