Duke's Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups buttermilk self-rising cornmeal mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/3 cups buttermilk

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into greased cornstick pan or 12 cup muffin pan. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. If batter seems too thick, add a little more milk.
